The Management is constantly focused on transmitting to all staff its willingness to operate within a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, confirming its cultural values ​​identifiable in:

• Offering complete IT solutions that are technically cutting-edge, perceived as truly useful, with added value and described in contracts that are easy for the customer to interpret;
• Providing the customer with the training needed to make the most of IT solutions;
• Guaranteeing the customer an efficient and punctual assistance service;
• Paying constant attention to maintaining the effectiveness of processes and the organization.

• having a quality management system that, thanks to the collaboration of all staff, is able to prevent, reveal and correct any non-compliance;

The Management of Cyberedge S.r.l. is committed to:

• establishing measurable objectives and indicators, during the periodic review by the management, in order to adequately monitor its Organization;
• communicating and sharing the objectives with all personnel;
• maintaining and continuously improving the effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System, a tool used to monitor the progress of the processes and therefore of the company;
• disseminating and supporting the Integrated Policy ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 with the most suitable resources and means, constantly verifying its application;
• encouraging each person in the company to promote initiatives and ideas aimed at pursuing the company’s objectives to support the improvement of the company;
