Since 1997 we have been working to provide our Customers with technically advanced digital infrastructures, capable of fostering innovation and supporting the development of the company, safeguarding the security and integrity of data and information.
Driven by a genuine passion for technology, supported by certified technical skills and fueled by decades of experience, we put ourselves at the service of our Customers, to understand their real needs and offer customized solutions, which allow them to gain a competitive advantage and grow profitably in an always-evolving context
As Managed Service Provider (MSP): we provide customers with a tailor-made service, designed to solve their needs. We provide “IT in outsourcing” services to SMB in order to ease them focus on their core business. As for Enterprise companies, they look to Cyberedge as a partner rather than a supplier, i.e. someone who can support them in the development of their business, guaranteeing a solid, protected, efficient and effective information structure to achieve company objectives.
Our team is made up of qualified technicians, who have obtained high certifications from some of the most important suppliers in the ICT market. Therefore they are able to provide high-level assistance and to proactively suggest the most appropriate technological updates for each company.
Cyberedge name
Cyberedge is the union of “Cyber”, a suffix that immediately refers to cybernetics, the science that studies the communication and control processes of machines, but also to computer science in its broadest and most recent meaning, and “Edge”, the edge, the limit that technology wants to help explore.
The choice of this name expresses the desire to always explore new horizons. Today, this goal can be reached with the contribution of AI, but above all thanks to the people: to all our Customers, to the Partners who work alongside us, to the Cyberedge team and to all those who use technology as a work tool and as a source of inspiration and personal and professional growth.
Certification ISO9001:2015
Compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard means that Cyberedge has demonstrated a level of quality in the provision of its services, in line with or higher than the standards defined by the standard.
With regard to the marketing and configuration of hardware and software products, the design, implementation and technical assistance of information systems and the design and provision of training courses, we have demonstrated to the certifying body:
- to have coordinated procedures and methodologies in place that allow us to manage and control, as far as possible, risks, in line with what we offer our Customers in terms of safety;
- to strive for continuous improvement, both incrementally and with the flexibility and resilience needed to deal with sudden changes;
- to give value to knowledge, as a necessary resource for the growth and development of people and companies, implementing continuous training projects to our team and qualified training for our customers.
We are therefore very proud of this certification, which is an important recognition of the value and commitment that we daily devote to our Customers, focusing on the quality of work and people, as a real competitive lever.
