To ensure the highest security level, all conficurations are defined after an in-depth analysis of the specific needs of the customer, so that all the cybersecurity procedures are alligned with the daily operational need of the company

Once the configuration is done and the infrastructure is up and running, we must check that no issues interrupt your business. Our MSSP service includes specialized technical support, to help you with troublechecking, debugging, software updates, cybersecurity issues.

Our technical support can be remote and/or on site, according to the specific issue and to the Service Level Agreement with each customer.

Monitoring

Monitoring is a fundamental activity to find any external or internal threats, to quickly react and set up the appropriate measures to block the threat and, if the event is on going, to stop it and provide data and functionality recovery in the shortest time possible. Proactive services

Among the proactive services offered by Cyberedge, there is the vulnerability assessment, an analysis carried out with advanced technologies and set up specifically for each individual customer, which aims to identify vulnerabilities in the systems and in he services installed on them and the penetration test, which acts on those vulnerabilities to simulate an attack and give a better estimate of the possible impacts on the company’s operations.

Furthermore, Cyberedge offers training courses at all levels of company, aimed at creating risk awareness and knowing the correct procedures in case of external attacks or human errors.
